The Pilates leader focuses on classes to help you build your foundation, knowledge and postures. Her love for Barre started paving her Pilates journey, where she found synergies of Barre, Pilates (both mat and reformer) and yoga complementing one another. Priscilla teaches private 1-1, duet/trio & group settings where she infuses these modalities, and reformer classes in which she hopes to educate clients on how to build strength and mobility, and to move more efficiently. She is certified Barre, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Pre/Post Natal by BarreBody and STOTT PILATES® Instructor (all apparatus).
